Platform Privacy Notice

This Platform Privacy Notice describes how Supreme Optimization, LLC ("Supreme Optimization," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information from individual users ("you") when you access and use the Supreme Intelligence Artificial Intelligence Platform at app.supremegroup.ai (the "Platform").

This notice supplements, but does not replace, Supreme Optimization's full Privacy Policy, available at www.supremeopti.com/privacy. It also does not modify or replace any terms in the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), AI Services Addendum, or Data Processing Agreement between Supreme Optimization and your organization. In the event of any conflict, those contractual agreements govern.

  1. 1. Scope

    This notice applies to the personal information of individual users who log in to and interact with the Supreme Intelligence Platform. It does not cover the client data, AI System Inputs, or AI System Outputs processed through the Platform on behalf of your organization, which are governed by the applicable MSA, SOW, and AI Services Addendum between Supreme Optimization and your organization.

  2. 2. Information We Collect About You

    When you access and use the Platform, we collect the following categories of personal information:

    2.1 Account Information

    • Name and email address associated with your user account
    • Job title and role (if provided by your organization)
    • Organization name
    • User ID and authentication credentials (stored in hashed form)

    2.2 Usage and Activity Data

    • Login timestamps and session duration
    • Features accessed and actions taken within the Platform
    • Workflow execution history and output generation logs (metadata only, not content)
    • Error logs and support interactions

    2.3 Device and Technical Data

    • IP address and approximate geolocation
    • Browser type and version
    • Device type and operating system
    • Cookies and similar identifiers (see Section 5 below)
  3. 3. How We Use Your Information

    We use the personal information collected about you for the following purposes:

    • Platform access and authentication: To verify your identity, manage your account, and control access to the Platform.
    • Service delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform, including processing your requests and generating outputs.
    • Security and fraud prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
    • Usage analytics: To understand how users interact with the Platform, identify usage trends, and improve Platform functionality and performance.
    • Support: To respond to your questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.
    • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

    We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes unless you have separately opted in through our website or other channels.

  4. 4. How We Share Your Information

    We may share your personal information in the following limited circumstances:

    • Your organization: We may share account and usage information with designated administrators at your organization as part of normal Platform administration.
    • Service providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication services, analytics providers). These providers are contractually bound to process your information only as directed by us.
    • AI foundation model providers: Technical metadata (not your personal information) may be transmitted to our enterprise AI foundation model providers in connection with API calls. These providers operate under enterprise agreements that prohibit the use of data for model training. A current list of providers is available upon request.
    • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Supreme Optimization, our clients, or others.
    • Affiliates: With Supreme Group and its affiliated entities for the purposes described in this notice.

    We do not sell your personal information.

  5. 5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

    The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

    • Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
    • Analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymized usage data to help us improve Platform performance and user experience.

    The Platform does not use advertising or targeting cookies. You may configure your browser to block non-essential cookies, but this may affect Platform functionality.

  6. 6. Data Retention

    We retain your personal information for as long as your Platform account is active, or as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and usage data is typically retained for the duration of your organization's service agreement with Supreme Optimization, plus a reasonable wind-down period.

    Upon termination of your organization's service agreement, your account data will be handled in accordance with the data retention and destruction provisions of the applicable MSA or SOW.

  7. 7. Data Security

    We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

    • Encryption of data at rest (AES-256 or equivalent) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher)
    • Role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication
    • Regular security assessments and monitoring
    • Incident response procedures, including notification of applicable supervisory authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of a qualifying security incident, and notification of affected individuals as required by applicable law

    Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

    • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
    • Restrict or object to certain processing
    • Request portability of your personal information
    • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
    • File a complaint with a supervisory authority

    California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for details.

  9. 9. International Data Transfers

    The Platform is hosted in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

  10. 10. Changes to This Notice

    We may update this Platform Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the Platform interface or by other reasonable means. The revised notice will include an updated effective date.
